Artsy Artisans Art and Craft Class – Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Artsy Artisans for your art and craft experience! Please review the following terms and conditions to ensure an enjoyable and smooth participation in our classes:
- Registration and Payment:
- To secure your spot in a class, full payment is required at the time of registration.
- Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We accept payment in the form of bank transfer or e-wallet only.
- Please make payment to:

- Touch n Go e-Wallet or
- DuitNow
- Class Confirmation:
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration.
- Artsy Artisans reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, and alternative arrangements will be offered.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- Refunds will be issued if a participant cancels up to 7 days before the scheduled class, minus a processing fee of 50% of the paid fee.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the class or for no-shows.
- Artsy Artisans reserves the right to cancel a class if it does not meet the minimum headcount requirement. In such cases, a full refund or credit for a future class will be offered.
- Materials and Equipment:
- All necessary materials and equipment for the class will be provided by Artsy Artisans unless otherwise specified.
- Participants are expected to use provided materials responsibly and return any borrowed equipment at the end of the class.
- Participant Conduct:
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner during the class.
- Any disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in the participant being asked to leave the class without a refund.
- Only registered participants are permitted in the vicinity where class is being conducted.
- Health and Safety:
- Participants are responsible for informing Artsy Artisans of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements in advance.
- Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the instructor during the class.
- Photography and Recordings:
- Photography and recording of the class are generally permitted for personal use only, unless otherwise specified by the instructor.
- Commercial use of images or recordings without permission is strictly prohibited.
- Age Restrictions:
- Some classes may have age restrictions or recommendations. Please ensure that participants meet the specified age requirements by referring to the class details.
